From Fine Art to Fine Travel, a busy July.

I must apologise for not writing anything recently but I have been busy the last few weeks working on some really nice projects.

I should start off by congratulating Marta Kachanek on winning Gold at the Moscow International Fotography Awards (MIFA) for her series of shots entitled Lovy’er. That was a tremendous project on. You can see the images here.

A few weeks ago I worked with a team named Sonder on the cover of the Tesco Summer Magazine. The shoot took place at Hatton Country World, Warwick and working with Tesco staff and products the location was the perfect setting to create a summer bbq.

I was then invited to do the hair and make-up for Kate Prince and BBC Young Dance presenter Karim Zeroual. Kate is founder and choreographer for ZooNation and was taking part in a live Facebook interview from Birmingham Hippodrome about My Dance DNA.

On June 4th this year local businesses collaborated for the opening of Lightwoods House just outside Birmingham. This recently renovated building is now the most perfect wedding venue and I created a romantic, yet regal look which complimented the venue and used fresh flowers for the bride’s hair. The flower girls Isabelle, Sophia and Amilie came courtesy of my friend Genene. Photography was done by Samantha Davis of Rose and Rainbow Photograhy.

And finally back to the beginning and working with Marta and Evie but this time for luxury travel brand Reed & Mackay. Working with the organisations own staff to create a finished video series that was both personal and reflected their brand. You can see the finished videos here.
